Every model in this collection uses lithium iron phosphate cells and comes backed by an 11-year warranty from the manufacturer. You can choose from 24V, 48V, and 72V configurations, making it easy to power everything from a solar charge system to a tired golf cart battery pack.

We’ve helped countless customers choose the right Epoch battery for their application, which is often for powering a golf cart. The 48V 105Ah kit and 48V 230Ah kit drop straight into Club Car, EZGO, and Yamaha carts. They’re equipped with steel enclosures, IP67 rating, Bluetooth monitoring, and an onboard display. The 65Ah LiMAX kit ships with a charger, 12V converter, gauge, and mounting brackets for a legit plug-and-play swap.

But Epoch batteries also work wonderfully in off-grid solar setups, too. The V2 Elite series delivers 5.12 kWh per module at 51.2V and parallels up to 16 units. The V2-T features the right CANbus connections to let you hook up to a Victron inverter. Both have a 250A Class-T fuse with internal heating so you can charge the batteries in cold weather without extra hardware.

You’ll notice the difference immediately if you’re switching from a flooded lead-acid battery or sealed AGM battery bank. These LFP batteries provide 100% depth of discharge rather than the 50% you’ve been limited to all this time. You won’t have to worry about watering or equalization charges, either. Plus, Epoch batteries outlast multiple lead-acid replacements at 3,500+ cycles.

How many batteries do I need?

You have to find out your daily energy usage in kWh first. Each 48V Epoch battery module can store up to 5.12 kWh. So, divide your daily draw by that and add a little wiggle room for peace of mind, knowing you have ample storage. 

Should I put Epoch batteries inside an enclosure?

A solar battery box can protect wiring and modules and keep everything organized, but most Epoch battery models have an IP67 rating, so they can handle dust and moisture.
