Purchased four (4) separate IntegraRack units for mounting solar panels. Each order came timely and was well packaged. Items were as represented and worked great. Thank you!
First the tower was missing the hole in the base and one of the sections was not flare. We were in a remote area and were able to drill and rig something to keep the pieces together- a fabricated pipe sleeve with 4 bolts. Then when we tried to lift the tower it flexed like a fishing pole. The third time we tried it buckled because the pipe walls are so thin. We lost 12’. I would not recommend this product. Poor quality control and cheap construction.
I ordered a pump and Jorden was the sales person I talked to.
I’m very hard of hearing, and Jorden was the best sales person I’ve worked with to get his words across so I know I’m getting what I want.
Shipping got everything to me on the the day they said it would.
Problem was I wasn’t there for two day.I called Jorden and he spent well over 45 minutes trying to track my package. He got through, told me what I needed to do, and package came on the next day.

Why would you send me a request for a review on the SAME DAY my order was placed? Now 6 days later, I've only just gotten the first of four items. PLEASE, wait until the other three items have been shipped AND delivered - then ask me again for a review
I have enough shipping and receiving experience to know mistakes can be made and how one corrects a mistake speaks volumes. Why did the missing cable not get shipped until 6/22 when I was informed it was being shipped out on 6/16?
To get over 4 yrs service. Grundfos quality has raken a hit. 1st pump lasted 8.5yrs
Recently purchased a Zamp Solar 160 w portable panel and a 15 foot extension cable. The panel arrived in four days. I informed your office by phone message and the email that it lacked the extension cable. Per your suggestion I checked the packaging again to confirm it was not hidden in the shipment packaging. It was not. This was on 6/16. I mentioned the cable was needed for an event on 6/22. Seemed workable with the previous shipment time line as you were to ship the missing cable out that morning. Why did the missing item not get shipped until 6/22?
Our charging potential for the portable panels was drastically reduced for the test run weekend.

We have used a Shurflo 9300 in Haiti before and needing a new one we found one reasonably priced at the Solar Store. They also smoothly interfaced with our shipper to Haiti.
The Solar Store had both the wind turbine controller and external brake that I needed at reasonable prices. Both items were shipped quickly, and the staff returned both my calls to answer my questions.

As of yesterday I have not received my controller. I have tried to find out where it is with Ups tracking number but it does not recognize it.
Pump arrived on time. Several hundred dollars less than the other venders. This is our 3rd pump and each one lasted about 11 years with light use to supply water to our off grid house. We attempted to overhaul the first pump but it did not last long so I recommend getting a new one when they go out.
