What is the best solar well pump Grundfos makes? 

It all depends on how deep your well is and your water demand. The SQF-2 (centrifugal) models are plenty capable of handling higher flow at moderate depths - but they top out at around 395 feet of lift. On the other hand, the SQF-3 (helical rotor) models can reach up to 820 feet - but they work at lower flow rates. That’s the trade-off.
