The controller switches to a lower float voltage level two hours after absorption voltage is reached, protecting batteries from overcharge during long sunny periods. A new charge cycle is automatically triggered whenever battery voltage drops below 13V to ensure the battery stays fully topped up.
Built with battery reverse polarity protection, output short circuit protection, and over-temperature protection, this unit is designed for reliable long-term field use. Its IP20-rated enclosure operates across a wide -35°C to +60°C temperature range and meets EN60335-1 and IEC 62109-1 safety standards.
