The Victron Energy Blue Smart IP65 24/5 is a Bluetooth-enabled, IP65-rated smart battery charger delivering 5A of charge current from a 120V AC input, with a seven-step adaptive charge algorithm, Li-ion compatibility, and fully silent fanless operation for 24V battery systems.

The Blue Smart IP65 24/5 charges at 5A continuous (2A in low current mode for smaller batteries) with up to 95% efficiency — generating up to four times less heat than industry-standard chargers — and reduces to just 0.5W standby power once the battery is fully charged. The storage mode actively reduces charge voltage after 48 hours to minimize positive plate corrosion during long-term connection.
A recovery function allows the charger to recognize and recharge batteries discharged to 0V by applying low current until sufficient terminal voltage develops before resuming normal charging. The 1.8m AC cable with US NEMA 1-15 plug and 1.5m battery cable with M8 eyelets are included, with optional clamps, fused clamps, fused M6/M8 eyelets, autoplug, battery indicator panel, wall mount, carry case, and rubber bumper available separately.
