Description
The SR-7 is a narrow-casing, multi-stage centrifugal submersible built for high daily volume in shallow to moderate lifts—and for sites where hard or caustic water makes rubber rotors a poor fit.
Unlike helical-rotor pumps, the SR-7’s stacked impellers move large amounts of water at low electrical input, letting modest PV arrays fill stock tanks and storage quickly.
With stainless construction, a slim submersible form, and a matched SunRotor controller, it starts early, runs late, and stays serviceable for years in remote applications.
Product Details
-
High daily gallons: Multi-stage centrifugal design pushes strong flow on shallow to mid lifts; excellent for tanks and troughs.
-
Hard-water friendly: Impeller chamber is silt and caustic resistant, avoiding the rotor wear common with rubber stators.
-
Flexible power: Works solar-direct, battery, or hybrid with the SunRotor DC controller; easy to right-size arrays.
-
Field serviceable: Designed to be readily repairable; a single pump can be rebuilt instead of replaced.
-
Installer-ready: Slim submersible body for tight casings, integrated check valve, and a standard 1" FNPT outlet.
-
Consistent runtime: Early start/late run behavior with the controller’s boost maintains output through changing irradiance.
