The SunRotor SR-2 is a compact 2-inch submersible helical-rotor (progressive-cavity) solar pump designed for small-diameter wells and sand-point installations where suction pumps can’t reach. Its positive-displacement rotor/stator geometry produces pressure at low RPM, so the SR-2 starts moving water early in the morning, keeps pumping late in the afternoon, and maintains steady flow even as head increases.
The SR-2 pairs with a matched DC controller to accept power directly from PV, battery, or a combination, and it’s field-serviceable—built so wear components can be replaced without tossing the whole unit.
