This solar-powered stock tank deicer and aerator uses an air compressor to continuously bubble air from a bottom diffuser, keeping water open and ice-free for livestock all winter long.

The air diffuser sits at the bottom of the tank and releases tiny bubbles that rise to the surface, continuously lifting and circulating warmer bottom water to prevent a solid sheet of ice from forming.
The system operates completely off-grid, making it ideal for remote stock tanks and pastures without access to grid electricity. The solar panels charge the 100AH battery to keep the system running through the night and during cloudy weather.
Constant aeration adds oxygen to the water and reduces algae and muck buildup, improving overall water quality for livestock throughout all seasons.
