The SHP 125-US-21 delivers 125KW nominal AC power at 98.5% CEC efficiency, accepting up to 250kWp DC array power across a 684–1500V MPPT operating range with a maximum input current of 180A. Its OptiCool variable-speed forced convection cooling system ensures reliable thermal performance across a -25°C to +60°C operating range.

Certified to UL 62109, UL 1998, and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.62109, and compliant with IEEE 1547:2018, UL 1741-SA, CA Rule 21, and HECO Rule 14H, the PEAK3 meets all major US utility grid interconnection requirements. Advanced grid support capabilities include L/HFRT, L/HVRT, Volt-VAr, Volt-Watt, Frequency-Watt, and Ramp Rate Control for full utility compliance.

Dual Ethernet ports with SMA Speedwire, SMA Modbus, and SunSpec Modbus protocols are included as standard, with SMA Sunny Portal monitoring provided at no cost for the lifetime of the system.
