The SHP 125-US-21 delivers 125KW nominal AC power at 98.5% CEC efficiency, accepting up to 250kWp DC array power across a 684–1500V MPPT operating range with a maximum input current of 180A. Its OptiCool variable-speed forced convection cooling system ensures reliable thermal performance across a -25°C to +60°C operating range.
Certified to UL 62109, UL 1998, and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.62109, and compliant with IEEE 1547:2018, UL 1741-SA, CA Rule 21, and HECO Rule 14H, the PEAK3 meets all major US utility grid interconnection requirements.
