The J&K Tool Company JK4.0 Klamp is a next-generation interchangeable jaw pipe clamp load tested to over 3,500 lbs, featuring precision CNC-milled jaws machined to the exact OD of each pipe size for increased holding capacity and reduced pipe distortion across five jaw sizes from ¾" to 2".

- 3,500+ lb Load-Tested Capacity: Third-party load tested and certified on both 2" PVC Schedule 40 pipe (Report ESP032616P.2R0) and 1¼" galvanized pipe (Report ESP032616P.1R0) to over 3,500 lbs.
- Larger Platform Base with Over-Center Jaw Locking: Improved platform base delivers better stability on larger diameter well casings, with over-center jaw locking and a safety pin preventing accidental unclamping during operation.
- Compatible with PVC, HDPE, Galvanized, and Rolled PE Pipe: Covers ¾" through 2" pipe (1.050" OD to 2.375" OD) across all common well drop pipe materials. Not for use with bare steel drill rod.
The JK4.0 Klamp is J&K Tool's next-generation answer for well drillers, pump installers, and well servicemen requiring precision jaw fit across multiple pipe sizes. Unlike the Kwik Klamp 1 which uses universal serrated jaws, the JK4.0's CNC-milled jaw sets are specific to each pipe OD, delivering higher holding performance and reduced pipe surface distortion on every size. One-hand lever operation brings pipe joints up to easy working level with the confidence of third-party load certification.
The size adjustment and tension bolt are located inside the front jaw, sealing the mechanism from dirt and water intrusion for reliable operation in muddy, wet field conditions. Each jaw set is sold separately, allowing users to purchase only the sizes needed for their specific installation requirements.
