The Primo GEN24 5.0 is a next-gen hybrid inverter built for homeowners who want top conversion efficiency today and simple storage/backup tomorrow. The GEN24 Plus variant is battery-ready: it offers the basic PV Point outlet for daytime backup straight from the array, and supports Full Backup of essential loads when paired with an approved high-voltage battery and the required BOS components.
A pair of independent MPPTs, wide DC window, and Fronius SuperFlex design make stringing easy on complex roofs. Active Cooling (fan-assisted) sustains output in hot conditions, while integrated datalogging, Ethernet/WLAN, and open interfaces (Modbus/JSON) keep commissioning and monitoring straightforward.
Arc-fault, rapid shutdown readiness, and an integrated DC switch help with code compliance. With IP66 weather protection and robust serviceability, this 5 kW unit is a dependable backbone for resilient, low-LCOE residential systems.
