The Envy 8K delivers 8,000W of continuous AC output at 240V with a 16kW peak surge capacity for 500ms, handling the heaviest motor-start loads in whole-home applications without interruption. Its AC passthrough capability supports up to 21,000W from grid or generator to connected loads, and the dedicated 50A auto-start generator port with 12kW generator input capacity ensures seamless backup power integration. The color LCD touchscreen provides intuitive on-site control with local and remote monitoring via the companion app.
With support for 9 distinct application modes — including time-of-use, peak shaving, net metering, zero export, and virtual power plant — the Envy 8K adapts to virtually any utility interconnection or energy management strategy. AC, DC, and combined AC/DC coupling options provide the flexibility to integrate existing solar assets or design new systems from the ground up. Certified to UL1741, UL1741SB, IEEE1547A, and Rule 21, the Envy 8K meets the most demanding utility interconnection requirements across all major US markets.
