Product Overview
The Ethos 20.2 kWh system combines four Ethos 51.2 V 100 Ah lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO₄) modules in parallel to create a unified storage solution that’s as safe as it is scalable. Designed for both residential and commercial energy storage, this configuration provides a total capacity of 20.48 kWh with excellent energy efficiency and reliable output.
Each Ethos module features its own Battery Management System (BMS) for precision control, communication, and protection. When stacked, the modules communicate with a central Ethos Control Box, which manages inverter connections through pre-terminated power and communication cables. This architecture minimizes installation complexity and ensures each stack operates in sync.
Thanks to its LiFePO₄ chemistry, this system achieves exceptional longevity — rated for 4,000 – 8,000 cycles at 80 % depth of discharge — and maintains over 95 % round-trip efficiency. The robust IP65 housing allows for flexible installation in basements, garages, or protected outdoor structures.
Engineered for expandability, the 20.2 kWh Ethos stack can be scaled up with additional modules and control boxes, offering long-term adaptability for growing power requirements.
