We have a Whisper 200 on an 80' tower at our home and we have been extremely happy with its output during the winter months. We have installed over a dozen of these so we can help with your intallation if required. If you can afford to spend the extra money then get the 200 over the 100. With a 10' diameter area it produces almost double the power of the 100 at lower wind speeds. The only issue i have is with the charge controller. The charge controller must always be connected to the battery bank before the turbine is connected to the charge controller. if not the circuit on the charge controller board will burn out and you will have to replace. I still have not figured out why this issue has not been resolved by SW Windpower!
